We do everything we can to ensure you package is packed with care so that it arrives in perfect condition, however we are a home based business and do not have professional packaging supplies, and cannot be responsible if the post office mishandles your package and melts or breaks your product. Please allow 2-3 weeks to allow to make with many layers.
